About the Role :

We are looking for a Product Owner with strong experience in Business Analysis and end-to-end digital product development. The ideal candidate should have experience working with technology services or product engineering companies and be comfortable managing client-facing digital product initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own product requirements from discovery to delivery.
- Conduct and participate in initial discovery workshops with clients and stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and product requirements.
- Define, prioritize, and manage the product backlog.
- Work closely with Engineering, QA, UI/UX, and other cross-functional teams.
- Drive Agile ceremonies and ensure smooth sprint execution.
- Manage end-to-end development of digital products and applications.
- Understand client requirements and ensure alignment between business objectives and product outcomes.
- Work across different industry domains and business use cases.
- Continuously explore AI-native SDLC practices and purposeful AI adoption in product development.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and evolving AI capabilities.

Required Skills &





Experience :

- 4 - 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst / Product Owner.
- Experience in Technology Services or Product Engineering companies, preferably working on client projects.
- Strong experience in end-to-end digital product / application development.
- Experience executing at least 2 projects from scratch, including detailed discovery workshops.
- Robust understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent skills in requirement gathering, user stories, backlog management, and stakeholder management.
- Ability to work across multiple industry domains.
- Strong interest in AI and AI-enabled product development.
- Willingness to learn new domains, technologies, and evolving AI practices.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
