We’re looking for a Writer–Director who can move seamlessly between high-energy ad films and meaningful, well-crafted corporate storytelling. Someone who can think strategically, write clearly, direct confidently, and is excited to build the future of AI-powered filmmaking.

This is a senior, hands-on role with strong creative ownership.

What You’ll Do - Conceptualize & Write

- Lead concept development for ad films and corporate films
- Understand client briefs and convert them into clear, compelling ideas
- Collaborate with Accounts, Clients, and Creative teams to shape the right storytelling approach
- Write:
- Concept notes & treatments
- Scripts for ad films, brand films, and corporate narratives
- Digital & social-first video content
- Ensure storytelling is engaging, on-brand, and purpose-driven

Direct & Deliver
- Direct ad films, social content and corporate films from shoot to final cut
- Translate scripts into strong visual narratives
- Work closely with production, cinematography, and post-production teams
- Maintain creative quality, performance, and tone across all stages
- Handle multiple projects while mentoring junior creatives when needed

AI-Led Filmmaking
- Use AI tools to enhance:
- Ideation & script development
- Storyboarding & pre-visualization




- Production and post-production workflows
- Experiment with AI-driven storytelling formats and processes
- Help integrate AI meaningfully into our creative and filmmaking approach

Collaborate & Lead
- Present ideas clearly and confidently to clients
- Absorb feedback without losing the core idea
- Work fast, stay flexible, and ensure timely delivery
- Act as a creative partner, not just an executor

You’re a Great Fit If You
- Have 5–10 years of experience in ad films, corporate films, or branded content
- Are a strong writer with excellent command over English
- Can visualize, write, and direct stories effectively
- Understand that corporate films need clarity, emotion, and structure
- Love films, ads, and storytelling across formats
- Are curious, collaborative, and open to new tools — including AIWhy V Do Creative?
