- Postgraduate degree in Liberal Arts or current enrollment in a postgraduate Liberal Arts program
- Experience mentoring, teaching, or coaching students aged 9–18 in academic or competitive settings
- Experience in debate, public speaking, or structured academic competitions such as Olympiads, quizzes, Model United Nations, or similar
- Prior teaching or tutoring experience in online or offline environments
- Robust command of spoken and written English
