Role Description The XR Developer (6 month Contract) We’re looking for a VR/XR Developer to join our studio and work on an ongoing XR product.

We need someone with strong Unity and C# expertise, who can work quickly on architecture, develop scalable systems,

and take a solution-oriented approach to technical challenges.

What you’ll work on

- Architect and develop XR applications and reusable technical frameworks in Unity.
- Rapidly prototype and validate technical solutions based on evolving product requirements.
- Build optimized, maintainable systems with a focus on performance, scalability, and stability.
- Develop interaction systems, application logic, and real-time 3D features using Unity and C#.
- Work closely with designers, artists, product,



and engineering teams to implement and ship features.
- Contribute to technical architecture and make practical engineering decisions for the product.

Technical Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience with Unity Engine.
- Strong programming skills in C# and solid understanding of OOP.
- Experience with VR/XR development, OpenXR, XR Interaction Toolkit, and real-time 3D.
- Positive understanding of software architecture, design patterns, modular systems, and clean code practices.
- Experience optimizing Unity applications for performance and memory.
- Ability to quickly understand an existing codebase and contribute to its architecture.
- Strong problem-solving and solution-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced studio environment with evolving requirements.
