Qualification

B.Tech / Diploma holders can apply

Experience

Experience in the commercial automobile industry preferred

Key Responsibilities

Manage workshop operations and drive productivity

Ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction

Lead, motivate and develop the workshop team

Ensure process discipline, safety and cost efficiency

Coordinate with internal teams and follow OEM guidelines.
