TCS is looking for a highly skilled Digital Workplace Architect with 12+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and transforming up-to-date digital workplace solutions. The ideal candidate should have extensive expertise in Microsoft 365, Endpoint Management, Collaboration Platforms, End User Computing (EUC), Security, and Workplace Transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and drive Digital Workplace strategy, architecture, and roadmap.
- Design and implement enterprise-scale Digital Workplace solutions.
- Architect solutions around Microsoft 365, Intune, Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Endpoint Management.
- Lead workplace modernization and digital transformation initiatives.
- Design secure and scalable device management solutions using Intune, Autopilot, and MDM platforms.




- Collaborate with business stakeholders to enhance employee experience and productivity.
- Provide architecture governance, standards, and best practices.
- Lead technology assessments, solution design, and implementation projects.
- Drive automation, self-service, and AI-enabled workplace solutions.
- Ensure compliance, security, and operational excellence across workplace services.
