Role & responsibilities

- Support the WFM team in maintaining and updating resource and workforce data.

- Assist with daily/weekly/monthly WFM reports and dashboards.

- Perform basic data analysis using MS Excel.

- Support tracking of resource availability, allocation, deployment, and bench status.

- Assist in maintaining accurate workforce and resource-related records.

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to collect and validate required information.

- Support the team in identifying data gaps, discrepancies, and reporting inconsistencies.

- Assist with workforce-related analysis and presentations as required.

- Learn and support basic resource planning, capacity tracking, and workforce management processes.

- Ensure reports and trackers are maintained accurately and within timelines.

Preferred candidate profile

- Exposure to Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, COUNTIF/SUMIF or basic Excel reporting.

- Basic understanding of Power BI or other reporting tools.

- Academic/project experience involving data analysis or reporting.

- Interest in HR, Workforce Management, Resource Management, Operations, or Business Analytics.
