Role & responsibilities The Workforce Management Global Process Expert will support the design, governance, harmonization, simplification, and improvement of global Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Employee Central, and HR Administration processes.

For this role, Workforce Management refers to SAP PA/OM and HR Administration. It does not refer to workforce scheduling, attendance management, or absence management, which fall primarily under Time Management.

The successful candidate will support Global Process Owners and Global Sub-Process Owners in building globally consistent, practical, and scalable employee-administration processes across countries, systems, service delivery teams, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, document, govern, and continuously improve global Workforce Management processes.
- Establish global process standards for Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Employee Central, and HR Administration.
- Develop process maps, process flows, inputs, outputs, controls, KPIs, and governance frameworks.
- Identify unnecessary process variations, non-value-adding activities, duplication, manual steps, and automation opportunities.
- Assess whether country-specific requirements are statutory, regulatory, policy-driven, or based only on local preference.
- Balance global standardization with legitimate country and legal requirements.
- Support employee lifecycle process harmonization across countries and service delivery units.
- Partner with HR service delivery, country HR, HR technology, SuccessFactors configuration, SAP, digital, privacy, and transformation teams.
- Support workflow improvement and modernization of employee-administration services.
- Challenge the status quo and influence stakeholders without formal authority.
- Provide structured, evidence-based recommendations to Global Process Owners.
- Support transformation, transition, continuous-improvement, and system-enhancement initiatives.

Regional Experience

- Solid experience supporting Americas HR Administration, PA/OM, or Employee Central processes.
- Multi-country Americas experience is strongly preferred.
- The candidate must demonstrate the ability to manage global standards alongside country-specific statutory and operational requirements.

Systems and Process Tools

- SuccessFactors Employee Central process knowledge
- SAP PA/OM process understanding
- HR information-system process knowledge
- HR administration workflow exposure
- BPMN or similar process-mapping knowledge
- Ability to collaborate effectively with configuration and technology teams

Candidates should ideally possess both PA/OM and Employee Central process understanding. This is not a pure Employee Central functional-consulting or system-configuration role.

Experience Requirements

- Preferably 10 or more years of relevant PA/OM, Employee Central, HR Administration, HR Shared Services, or global process experience.
- A minimum of 7 years may be considered when accompanied by exceptional domain knowledge, multi-country scope, and global service-delivery experience.
- Experience in GBS, HR Shared Services, global HR operations, multinational, BPO, or process-ownership environments.
- People-management experience is not required.
- Ability to influence stakeholders, challenge process designs, and drive alignment without formal authority.
