We are seeking a Workday Technical Production Support Consultant with strong expertise in Workday Integrations, Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Web Services, and AMS/Production Support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, enhancing, and supporting Workday integrations across HCM, Payroll, Perks, Recruiting, and Financial modules.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide L2/L3 production support for Workday integrations and technical objects.

- Monitor and troubleshoot Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connector, PECI, and PICOF integrations.

- Analyze integration failures and perform root cause analysis.

- Support inbound and outbound integrations between Workday and third-party applications.

- Work with business users to resolve production issues within SLA timelines.





- Develop minor enhancements and bug fixes for existing integrations.

- Support Workday releases, testing, deployment, and post-production validation.

- Create and maintain technical documentation.

- Participate in on-call support and incident management activities.

- Collaborate with HRIS, functional, payroll, and external vendor teams.
