Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Workday Implementation & Technical Consultant with 10-12 years of overall IT experience and robust expertise in Workday implementation, integrations, reporting, and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience delivering multiple end-to-end Workday implementations, upgrades, and support engagements across HCM, Payroll, Financials, Talent, Recruiting, and Learning modules.

The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, HR teams, project managers, and technical teams to design, configure, implement, integrate, and optimize Workday solutions that align with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities Workday Implementation & Configuration

- Lead and deliver end-to-end Workday implementation projects.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into Workday solutions.
- Configure and customize Workday modules based on business needs.
- Participate in Workday deployment, testing, cutover, and post-go-live support activities.
- Conduct solution workshops and design sessions with stakeholders.

Technical Development & Integrations
- Design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations using:
- Workday Studio




- EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder)
- Core Connectors
- Cloud Connect
- Web Services (SOAP/REST APIs)
- XSLT and XML

- Build and support inbound and outbound integrations with third-party systems.

- Troubleshoot integration failures and performance issues.

- Develop custom solutions to meet complex business requirements.

Reporting & Data Management
- Design and develop:
- Advanced Reports
- Composite Reports
- Matrix Reports
- BIRT Reports
- Dashboards

- Support data conversion, data migration, and validation activities.

- Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance throughout implementation.

Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, Payroll, and IT teams.
- Provide technical guidance to business users and implementation teams.
- Lead client discussions, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions.
- Mentor junior consultants and technical team members.

Testing & Deployment
- Support:
- Unit Testing
- System Integration Testing (SIT)
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Production Deployment

- Resolve production issues and support stabilization activities.
