Role Description The Workday Security Senior Consultant will provide expert guidance on designing, implementing, and optimizing Workday security configurations for enterprise clients. This contract role involves leading security assessments, defining security models, configuring roles and permissions, and ensuring adherence to governance and compliance standards. The consultant will collaborate closely with functional and technical teams to support Workday implementations and enhancements, troubleshoot security issues, perform impact analysis, and document best practices.

The position is hybrid, based in Hyderabad, with a mix of on-site collaboration and work-from-home flexibility to support client engagements and internal stakeholders. The consultant will also mentor junior team members, contribute to security frameworks, and stay current on emerging Workday and security trends relevant to Cygnus’s Healthcare-IT environment.

Qualifications

- Design, configure, and maintain Workday Security Groups, Domain Security Policies, and Business Process Security Policies.
- Manage user provisioning, role assignments, and access reviews.




- Perform security troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and production support.
- Execute User Access Reviews (UAR), Segregation of Duties (SoD) reviews, and audit activities.
- Support Workday releases, security migrations, and impact assessments.
- Partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Reporting, and Integration teams to deliver secure solutions.
- Develop security reports and monitor compliance with organizational policies.

Qualifications

- Solid communication and stakeholder management skills.
