Location: PAN, India (Hyderabad, Mumbai, Delhi/NCR, Bengaluru, Kolkata, Pune, and Chennai)- Bangalore Preferred

Support Hours: 2 pm IST to 11 PM IST

Detailed :

- Seeking a Workday Recruiting Solution Architect to support a global client's initiative to define country-specific process deviations for India within their existing Workday Recruiting module.
- This resource will lead requirements and design sessions to surface India-specific legal, regulatory, and cultural considerations impacting the recruiting process, and more importantly — provide expert guidance to the project team on how to design solutions that address those requirements.
- The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of dedicated Workday Recruiting experience, a strong command of Indian labor law and hiring norms,



and proven experience facilitating design sessions and advising on solution direction (not configuration).
