✅ 7+ years of enterprise reporting / analytics / BI experience

✅ 5+ years of hands-on Workday Reporting & Analytics experience

✅ Solid expertise in Advanced, Matrix & Composite Reporting





✅ Strong Workday Calculated Fields and Reporting Security knowledge

✅ Hands-on Workday Prism Analytics experience

✅ Workday HCM experience

✅ Strong understanding of Workday data sources, business objects, and security domains

✅ Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

? Preferred

- Workday Financials and/or PSA experience
- Workday Reporting / HCM / Financials / Prism certifications
- Global enterprise or shared-services experience
- Exposure to automation, AI-enabled reporting, or predictive analytics
