SKILL: Workday HCM Technical

LOCATION: MUMBAI / BANGALORE

TCS is seeking a skilled Workday HCM Technical Consultant with expertise in Workday Core HCM, Integrations, Security, Reporting, and Business Process Frameworks. The candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, enhancing, and supporting Workday HCM solutions while collaborating with HR, Payroll, Finance, and business stakeholders. This role aligns with technical responsibilities and skills described in and multiple Workday HCM technical consultant profiles found in enterprise documents.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and support Workday Core HCM modules.
- Design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and Web Services.
- Build and support inbound and outbound interfaces with Payroll, Finance,



Perks, and third-party applications.
- Develop Advanced, Matrix, Composite, and Trending Reports.
- Create and maintain Calculated Fields and Report-as-a-Service (RaaS) solutions.
- Configure and support Workday Security Framework including Role-Based and Domain Security.
- Manage Business Process Frameworks (BPF), approvals, notifications, validations, and condition rules.
- Support tenant migrations across Sandbox, Preview, and Production environments.
- Perform system testing, SIT, UAT, deployment, and release management activities.

Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical support within SLA timelines.
