Hiring: Workday Consultant | Workday Studio & Integrations

We are looking for an experienced Workday Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Workday Studio, Integrations, and Production Support.

Experience: 4–10 Years

Work Mode: Hybrid / Remote

Locations: Pune | Bangalore | Mumbai | Noida

Working Hours: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST

Domain: Any Workday domain is acceptable

EST Overlap: Candidate should be flexible for EST overlap based on project requirements

Key Skills & Experience:

✅ Strong hands-on experience in Workday Integration Development – design, development, testing & troubleshooting

✅ Hands-on experience with Workday Studio

✅ Strong knowledge of RaaS, Core Connectors, Workday Web Services/APIs and integration patterns

✅ Experience with Workday Procurement Integrations

✅ Knowledge of PunchOut / cXML integrations and related procurement scenarios

✅ Strong Production Support experience – incident troubleshooting, RCA, monitoring, failure recovery & reprocessing

✅ Ability to independently investigate integration failures and drive issues through resolution

✅ Good functional understanding of Workday Finance, Procurement, HCM and related business processes





✅ Understanding of Workday Reports, Calculated Fields, Security and Business Processes

✅ Ability to translate functional requirements into technical integration solutions

✅ Strong stakeholder/vendor communication and issue-management skills

✅ Ability to independently own integration issues end-to-end

We are specifically looking for candidates who can bridge Workday functional requirements with technical integration solutions, rather than candidates with only technical integration knowledge.
