Role purpose The Associate Consultant executes well-defined configuration tasks with light supervision, deepening capability within a single Workday module. The role delivers reliable configuration and testing, supports workshops, and holds update with Workday release road map
Key responsibilities
- Configure routine functional areas and simple business processes within a module with light supervision.
- Build standard and custom reports; assist in creating calculated fields.
- Prepare and execute EIB data loads; validate loaded data.
- Maintain accurate configuration documentation and workbooks.
- Author and execute unit and system test scripts for own configuration.
- Log, triage, retest and close defects.
- Support senior colleagues in requirements and design workshops; capture actions, decisions and open items.
- Respond to defined client queries within own area under guidance.
- Record time accurately and meet utilization expectations.
- Proficient with core configuration and straightforward business processes within a module.
- Standard and custom report building; basic calculated fields.
- EIB data loads and validation.
- Working knowledge of security assignment.
- Mid - Level in on specific module in workday
