Understand triggers, actions, workflows, and orchestration across multiple applications.

1. API & System Integration

Robust knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, authentication methods (OAuth, API Keys, JWT), webhooks, and data exchange patterns. Experience integrating enterprise systems such as SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and custom applications.
1. Data Mapping & Transformation

Ability to map, transform, validate, and enrich data between source and target systems. Proficiency with Workato formulas, functions, datapills, and schema handling.
1. Workato Recipe Development & Troubleshooting

Experience building, testing, deploying, and monitoring Workato recipes. Knowledge of error handling, logging, job monitoring, retries, and performance optimization.
1. Programming & Enterprise Integration Knowledge

Familiarity with JSON, XML, SQL, JavaScript, and enterprise integration concepts. Understanding business processes, governance, change management, and integration of best practices.
