Job Responsibilities:

- Oversee and enforce ethical practices guidelines throughout Subway's operations.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Develop and implement training programs to educate employees on work ethics and integrity.
- Address ethical concerns and reports from staff in a timely and confidential manner.
- Collaborate with management to promote a culture of integrity and accountability.
- Monitor industry best practices related to work ethics and make recommendations for improvements.
- Report to upper management regarding the status of ethical practices within the organization.
- Facilitate workshops and presentations to engage employees on the importance of ethics in the workplace.

Essential Qualifications:

- Robust understanding of ethical standards and compliance policies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to address and resolve conflicts effectively.




- Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Strong-solving skills and attention to detail.

Desired Experience:

- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in a related field.
- Experience in implementing corporate ethics and compliance programs.
- Knowledge of workplace regulatory requirements and labor laws.
- Experience in training and development is a plus.
