Job Title: Vice President - Investment Banking I Location: Wadala, Near BKC (Mumbai)

About The Role

We are seeking an experienced, high-impact individual to drive our Deal Advisory and Investment Banking business. This role is tailored for a seasoned professional with a strong transaction closure track record, exceptional origination capabilities and the execution rigor needed to manage complex sell/buy side mandates end-to-end.

The role involves responsibility for sourcing quality mandates, mentoring a high-performing execution team and maintaining deep relationships across the private equity, venture capital and overall corporate ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

- Origination &
- Strategic Growth: Proactively identify, pitch, and secure new deal advisory and investment banking mandates to drive overall business expansion.
- End-to-End Deal Execution: Lead and oversee transaction execution from initial pitch through structuring, negotiation, and closure.
- Technical Quality Control &
- Review: Maintain rigorous oversight over financial models, valuation frameworks, investment memos and client presentation materials.
- Team Leadership &
- Mentorship: Build, guide and manage a team of associates and analysts, fostering a high-performance culture driven by precision and accountability.
- Ecosystem Networking: Cultivate and expand a robust network across PE/VC funds, financial institutions, UHNWIs, family offices and corporate leadership.
- Stakeholder Management &
- Travel: Represent the firm in key client interactions and travel shall be required to negotiate and close active mandates.

Qualifications &

- Key Requirements

- Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience within the Investment Banking / M&A; Advisory domain.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated history of originating and successfully closing mandates.
- Education: CA,



MBA from a top-tier institution or CFA (Level III passed).
- Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency in quantitative analysis, financial modeling, valuation methodologies and pitchbook development.
- Leadership: Proven ability to manage, retain and develop junior and mid-level deal teams.
