Role Summary

Lead the design, development, and delivery of Enterprise AI and Automation solutions leveraging Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLMs, and Python. Drive technical delivery, mentor engineering teams, and enable AI adoption across infrastructure and business operations.

Key Responsibilities

 Design and deliver end-to-end Gen AI, RAG, and Agentic AI solutions.

 Lead AI automation programs and guide engineering teams on solution delivery.

 Define Agentic AI architectures using industry-standard frameworks.

 Establish MLOps/LLMOps practices including deployment, monitoring, observability, and governance.





 Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and implement high-value AI use cases.

 Mentor engineers and drive technical reviews, solution quality, and delivery excellence.

 Ensure Responsible AI adoption, compliance, and security best practices.

 Drive reusable frameworks, accelerators, and innovation initiatives.
