Position: Environment Engineer – RAN Lab Operations

Experience: 6–8 Years

Skill: 5G Wireless Networks

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily operational readiness and health of RAN lab equipment.
- Perform regular health checks and ensure RAN/OSS node availability.
- Verify system baselines and configure logical network elements.
- Coordinate patching, upgrades, and maintenance activities.
- Monitor network connectivity, alarms, and synchronization.
- Maintain network topology and asset records.
- Support equipment upgrades, replacements, and spare management.
- Maintain health checklists, topology/asset records, baseline reports, incident records, and spare records.




- Support day-to-day RAN lab operations and troubleshooting activities.
- Work with Huawei/Samsung equipment and related OSS/network environments.
- Apply knowledge of OSS, IP networking, network interfaces, and asset management.

Essential Skills
- Robust experience in 5G Wireless Networks.
- Hands-on experience with RAN Lab Operations.
- Knowledge of RAN/OSS nodes and network availability.
- Experience with Huawei/Samsung telecom equipment.
- Understanding of IP networking, interfaces, alarms, synchronization, and topology.
- Experience in equipment health checks, baseline verification, upgrades, patching, and incident management.
