We are looking for an experienced Windows Device Driver Engineer with 5+ years of experience in Windows Driver Frameworks and low-level system software development.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain Windows device drivers in both User Mode Driver Framework (UMDF) and Kernel Mode Driver Framework (KMDF) environments.
- Develop and enhance drivers and applications for Graphics, Multimedia, NPU, and I/O subsystems .
- Port and optimize drivers across multiple Windows OS versions .
- Collaborate with hardware, firmware, and software teams for device bring-up and platform integration.
- Independently manage release deliverables, documentation, and customer-facing collaterals.
- Drive driver validation, certification, and quality compliance activities.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Windows Driver Development (UMDF/KMDF).
- Strong understanding of Multimedia and Graphics Architecture .
- Proven experience in Graphics, NPU, and I/O driver/application development .
- Expertise in C/C++ programming with solid object-oriented design principles.
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills using WinDbg , crash dump analysis, and BSOD investigation .
- In-depth knowledge of Operating System Internals , x86/ARM architectures , and system buses such as PCIe, USB, and I2C .




- Strong background in Embedded Systems Development , device bring-up, and low-level hardware programming.
- Experience with WHQL certification , driver build processes, and release management.
- Hands-on experience with Git, Gerrit, JIRA , version control systems, and QA tools.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Trusted Applications , secure handshakes, and ABL Firmware .
- Valuable understanding of UMC technologies and features including:
- ECC
- SME
- SEV
- RAS
- DDRx Memory Technologies
- NVDIMM and various DIMM architectures
- Knowledge of BIOS , PCIe , and SoC Power Management concepts including CPU/device power states and hot-plug functionality.
