delivering secure, resilient, scalable, supportable, and measurable enterprise technology outcomes.

Role & responsibilities

- Technical specialists for Server Operations/Transformation who can lead Lead 24x7 server operations shift activities, ensuring seamless handovers and operational continuity.
- Plan and Implement Solution for Windows and Linux Server platform.
- Maintain Change, and Integration hygiene, paging activities, and stakeholder communication across Platform.
- Maintain Change and integration dashboards, status reporting, and service transformation plan.
- Drive adherence to ITSM processes, knowledge base usage, and operational runbooks.
- Support monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolution activities using tools such as Tanium, SCOM, and Dynatrace.
- Ensure reliable shift governance, operational discipline, and timely escalation management.
- Mentor Change, Operation and integration teams on best practices and continuous operational improvement.




- Reduce dependency on senior consultant by providing effective Solution specialists leadership.
