Job Title: Windchill SAP Integration Technical Leader
We are seeking an experienced Windchill SAP Integration Technical Leader to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the integration efforts between Windchill and SAP systems, ensuring seamless data flow and operational efficiency. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize integration solutions that align with business processes and requirements.
The ideal candidate should have a robust technical background in both Windchill and SAP, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop integration solutions between Windchill and SAP systems.
- Lead and manage integration projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any integration-related issues that may arise during implementation or in production.
- Perform system testing, validation, and documentation for integration processes.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
- Stay updated on the latest Windchill and SAP technologies and best practices to continuously improve integration processes.
- Prepare reports and presentations on project progress and outcomes for stakeholders.
Skills and Tools Required:
- Strong knowledge of Windchill and SAP integration frameworks.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, XML, and others used for integration development.
- Experience with integration tools and middleware such as SAP PI/PO, Web Services, RESTful APIs, and others.
- Familiarity with data transformation and mapping techniques.
- Solid understanding of PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) tools and processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in Agile methodologies is a plus.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Windchill and SAP integration roles.
- Relevant certifications in Windchill, SAP, or integration technologies will be an advantage.
