Windows Server Administration

- Manage and administer Windows Server environments (2012, 2016, 2019, 2022).
- Perform installation, configuration, upgrades, and migration of Windows servers.
- Monitor server health, performance, availability, and capacity utilization.
- Manage Active Directory integrated server infrastructure.
- Handle OS-level troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Support physical, virtual, and cloud-based Windows servers.
- Implement server hardening and security best practices.
- Manage services, scheduled tasks, certificates,



and server roles/features.

Windows Patching & Vulnerability Management

- Plan, schedule, and execute monthly Windows patching activities.
- Deploy security updates, cumulative updates, hotfixes, and emergency patches.
- Validate patch compliance and generate compliance reports.
- Perform patch impact analysis and risk assessment.
- Coordinate maintenance windows with business and application teams.
- Troubleshoot patch installation failures and post-patch issues.
- Support vulnerability remediation activities identified through security scans.
- Ensure compliance with organizational security standards and SLAs.
- Maintain patch deployment documentation and audit records.
