Classes: 6th to 12th – CBSE & ICSE Boards

Education: Minimum Graduate

About the RoleManavtaClass is looking for creative, confident, and passionate teachers who can conduct engaging live classes while also contributing to student engagement and admissions growth.

This role combines academic delivery, student engagement, communication, and growth responsibilities. You will work as an Individual Contributor (IC) within the team and report directly to the Growth Manager.

Freshers with strong communication skills, confidence, and a passion for teaching are encouraged to apply. Training and guidance will be provided for candidates who demonstrate the right attitude and learning ability.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct engaging and interactive live classes for Classes 6th–12th (CBSE & ICSE).
- Explain academic concepts clearly using strong English communication skills.
- Create engaging PPTs, presentations, and learning content.
- Use OBS Studio and other digital tools for professional live-class delivery.
- Interact with students and maintain strong student engagement.
- Communicate course perks and value effectively to students and parents.
- Support admission counselling and student conversions.
- Follow up with interested students/parents when required.
- Contribute creative ideas to improve teaching methods and student experience.
- Work closely with the Growth Manager and team to achieve academic and growth objectives.
- Participate in training, reviews, and performance discussions.

Requirements




- Minimum Graduate qualification.
- Freshers can apply.
- Candidates with 1–2 years or freshers of teaching, EdTech, counselling, sales, or growth experience will also be considered.
- Strong English communication and presentation skills.
- Confidence in conducting live online sessions.
- Comfortable with PPTs and digital teaching tools.
- Willingness to learn OBS Studio and other online teaching tools.
- Ability to engage students and communicate effectively with parents.
- Own laptop/computer with a reliable internet connection.
- Self-motivated, responsible, and target-oriented.
- Ability to work independently as an Individual Contributor (IC).
- Ability to work effectively within a team.

Compensation & Incentives
- Fixed Salary: ₹10,000 per month
- Additional performance-based incentives linked to student engagement, admissions, and revenue contribution.
- Incentive earnings can increase based on individual performance and achievement of assigned targets.
- Detailed incentive structure and applicable targets will be communicated during the selection/onboarding process.
- Salary and eligible incentives are subject to the company's applicable policies and performance terms.
