We are looking for a dynamic Marketing & Business Development Specialist to build our brand, promote our in-house technology products, generate enterprise leads, and drive new business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute marketing, branding and lead-generation strategies.
- Identify and engage IT giants, enterprise customers and potential business partners.
- Understand our products and solutions and confidently pitch, present and demonstrate them to senior IT/business stakeholders.
- Generate new business through cold outreach, networking, email campaigns, events and industry connections.
- Build and manage a strong enterprise prospect pipeline from lead generation to conversion.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify new opportunities.
- Create compelling presentations, proposals, content and marketing campaigns.
- Manage digital marketing, social media, SEO and brand communication.
- Represent the company at events, conferences, webinars and customer meetings.
- Track marketing and business development metrics and continuously improve results.

Requirements:

- 3 - 7 years of experience in Marketing,



Business Development, B2B Marketing or Technology Sales.
- Strong experience in enterprise B2B marketing and business development.
- Excellent communication, presentation, pitching, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to pitch technology products/solutions to IT giants and convert conversations into qualified business opportunities.
- Proven experience in lead generation, cold calling, client outreach and customer acquisition.
- Ability to independently identify prospects, initiate conversations and drive opportunities forward.
- Experience in IT Services, SaaS, AI, ERP, HRMS or Software Products is preferred.
- MBA (Marketing) is an advantage.
