- Solid understanding of food hygiene and safety standards
- Hospitality / hotel industry experience preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to maintain consistency and quality during service

- Key Responsibilities

- Assist senior chefs with daily food preparation and production
- Prepare Indian and Continental dishes as per standards
- Maintain proper mise-en-place for service
- Follow hygiene,



sanitation and food safety procedures
- Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
- Support smooth operations during busy service periods
