We are looking for a passionate and experienced Wellness Specialist to create meaningful and personalized wellness experiences for our guests. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Yoga, Meditation and holistic wellness practices, with the ability to conduct engaging one-on-one and group sessions.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct personalized Yoga and Meditation sessions based on guest requirements.
- Design and deliver holistic wellness experiences focused on relaxation, mindfulness and overall well-being.
- Interact with guests to understand their wellness goals and recommend suitable sessions.
- Conduct guided meditation, breathing and mindfulness practices.
- Create engaging wellness activities and experiences for resort guests.
- Maintain a professional, warm and guest-centric approach throughout the wellness journey.
- Ensure wellness areas and equipment are maintained to the required standards.
- Coordinate with the Spa and Guest Experience teams for seamless guest experiences.




- Maintain guest confidentiality and professional boundaries at all times.

Requirements
- Certification/qualification in Yoga, Meditation, Wellness or related disciplines.
- Hands-on experience conducting Yoga and Meditation sessions.
- Strong understanding of holistic wellness practices.
- Excellent communication and guest interaction skills.
- Ability to personalize wellness sessions according to individual needs.
- Hospitality/luxury resort experience will be an advantage.
- Professional grooming, positive attitude and a genuine passion for wellness.
