- Process & Documentation Control: Create and approve technical documents like Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS) and Procedure Qualification Records (PQR).

- Shop Floor Supervision: Monitor daily fabrication activities to ensure correct welding parameters (MIG, TIG, ARC,Robo) and techniques are used.

- Quality Assurance: Coordinate non-destructive testing (NDT), inspect weld defects, and perform root-cause analysis for failures.

- Compliance & Standards: Ensure all work adheres to international codes such as ASME, AWS, ISO, and local safety protocols.

- Team Guidance: Train welders on new procedures, verify welder qualifications, and resolve technical snags during production.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Production, or Welding Engineering.

- Experience:



3 to 7 years of hands-on experience in heavy fabrication or manufacturing shop floors.

- Skills: Robust knowledge of metallurgy, blueprint reading, root-cause problem solving, and quality tools (PFMEA, SPC).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
