Job Overview

We are looking for a precision-driven Welding Fabricator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming raw metal stock and blueprints into finished structural or custom metal assemblies. You will oversee the complete fabrication cycle—including measuring, cutting, layout, fitting, and welding using MIG, TIG, or Stick processes.

The ideal candidate combines technical blueprint reading with hands-on craft skill to deliver durable, high-quality metal products while keeping safety top of mind.

Key Responsibilities

- Blueprint & Plan Interpretation: Read and analyze engineering blueprints, shop drawings, and welding symbols to plan layout, fabrication steps, and material needs.
- Layout & Fitting: Measure, cut, align, and tack-weld steel, stainless steel, or aluminum parts using exact measurements and shop layout tools.
- Welding Operations: Perform clean, structurally sound MIG (GMAW), TIG (GTAW), or Stick (SMAW) welds in flat, horizontal, vertical, and overhead positions.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate metal-forming machinery, including plasma cutters, band saws, press brakes, ironworkers, and angle grinders.




- Quality & Dimensional Control: Inspect completed welds and assemblies with calipers, micrometers, and squares to ensure strict tolerance and blueprint adherence.
- Equipment & Shop Maintenance: Conduct daily maintenance on welding units and shop tools; maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
- Safety Adherence: Follow all personal protective equipment (PPE) guidelines, OSHA standards, and company safe-work practices at all times.

Requirements

- Experience: Minimum 1 years of hands-on welding and custom metal fabrication experience in a shop or field environment.
- Technical Skills: Proven capability to read mechanical drawings, structural blueprints, and welding symbols.
- Welding Proficiency: Proficient in MIG welding; TIG or Stick experience preferred. Pass an in-house welding test prior to hire.
- Tool & Machinery Mastery: Demonstrated skill using angle grinders, cutting torches, measuring tape, power shears, and shop machinery .

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹36,959.31 per month
