Qualifications
- ITI (Welder) or Diploma in Mechanical or a related field
Experience
- 3–5 years of experience as a Welder Supervisor in a manufacturing or fabrication company
Key Skills
- Strong knowledge of MIG Welding, TIG Welding, and Arc Welding
- Ability to supervise and manage welding and fabrication teams
- Knowledge of welding symbols, fabrication drawings, and quality standards
- Understanding of welding inspection and safety procedures
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Immediate joiners will be preferred
