Pavizham Group is hiring Welders / Fitters to assemble, install, and repair machinery, pipelines, and structural components across our processing units. We provide on-the-job training for freshers with basic trade skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform ARC welding and fabrication work on machinery and structures.
- Read simple technical drawings or follow instructions from supervisors to cut and fit metal parts.
- Assemble, align, and service structural steel components and plant equipment.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks and repair damaged metal components.
- Maintain a clean, safe workspace and follow all industrial safety protocols.
Requirements
- Education: ITI Pass (Welder, Fitter, Mechanical, or related trade).
- Experience: 1 to 5 Years (Freshers welcome; practical guidance provided).
- Familiarity with basic welding tools, grinders, and hand tools.
- Ability to follow safety guidelines and handle physical tasks.
