- Operate Equipment: Weigh vehicles before and after loading or unloading using specialized Weighbridge Operator systems.

- Manage Documentation: Generate weighbridge tickets, check delivery notes, and record driver and cargo details.

- Control Traffic: Direct vehicles safely on and off the site and coordinate movement with dispatch.

- Ensure Compliance: Verify that loads meet legal weight limits and site-specific safety regulations.

- Report Discrepancies: Notify managers immediately of any weight differences, damaged goods, or safety issues.

- Maintain Area: Keep the weighbridge platform, surrounding zone, and office clean and hazard-free.

Skills and Qualifications

- Attention to Detail: Critical for accurate data entry and weight reconciliation.





- Computer Literacy: Basic ability to use weighing software, spreadsheets, and databases.

- Communication: Transparent verbal and written skills to interact with truck drivers and logistics teams.

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (formal tertiary qualifications are rarely required).

- Physical Fitness: Ability to work in an environment combining office tasks and outdoor site inspections
