The role of Wedding Events Coordinator involves hands-on work across events, including planning and executing assigned activities, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining timely follow-ups, and ensuring a professional experience for customers, guests, audiences, clients, partners or team members as applicable. The role is based in Delhi NCR / Jaipur / Mumbai.
Responsibilities

- Ensuring a professional experience for customers, guests, audiences, clients, partners or team members as applicable.
- Maintaining records and updates.
- Preparing or supporting content and reports where required.
- Coordinating schedules.
- Stepping in on operational requirements during busy periods.
- For event, aviation and hospitality assignments, shift timings or weekend work may apply depending on the client and operating schedule.
Requirements
- 0-3 years of experience.
- The ideal candidate should have clear communication, valuable judgement, a professional approach and genuine interest in the field.
- Shortlisted candidates may be asked to share a portfolio, writing samples, photographs of previous work, or complete a short practical assignment depending on the role.
