Job Summary We are looking for a Website Growth Hacker who can take ownership of website growth across SEO, CRO, analytics, content, performance marketing, and experimentation.

The ideal candidate should be highly data-driven, curious, and comfortable identifying growth opportunities, testing ideas, analysing results, and continuously improving website performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute strategies to increase website traffic, engagement, conversions, and revenue.
- Identify growth opportunities across SEO, organic traffic, paid traffic, landing pages, content, and customer journeys.
- Conduct SEO audits, keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical SEO improvements.
- Improve website rankings and organic visibility through on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other analytics tools.
- Analyse user behaviour, traffic sources, bounce rates, conversion rates, and drop-off points.
- Plan and execute A/B tests and growth experiments for landing pages, CTAs, product pages, forms, and website journeys.
- Work on Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) to improve website conversions and customer acquisition.
- Identify high-performing and underperforming pages and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with the Marketing, Content, Design, Product, and E-commerce teams to implement growth initiatives.
- Optimise website content, product pages, metadata, internal linking, CTAs, and landing pages.
- Track and report key growth metrics, including sessions, organic traffic,



search rankings, leads, conversion rate, CAC, revenue, and ROAS.
- Identify opportunities to improve website speed, mobile experience, navigation, and overall user experience.
- Explore recent tools, channels, automation, and growth techniques to improve customer acquisition and retention.
- Build and maintain weekly and monthly growth reports and dashboards.
- Continuously experiment with new ideas and scale strategies that deliver measurable results.

Requirements

- 2–3 years of experience in Growth Marketing, Digital Marketing, SEO, CRO, E-commerce Growth, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, CRO, and website analytics.
- Experience working with e-commerce websites is preferred.
- Ability to interpret website data and convert insights into actionable growth strategies.
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing, landing-page optimisation, keyword research, and competitor analysis.
- Basic understanding of HTML, website structure, page speed, and technical SEO.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and data dashboards.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- A test-and-learn mindset, with the ability to take ownership of experiments from ideation to execution.

Preferred Experience

- Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, or other paid acquisition channels.
- Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, WordPress, or other CMS and e-commerce platforms.
- Knowledge of tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, GA4, and Looker Studio.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and website tracking.
- Experience with marketing automation, AI tools, or growth automation.
- Experience working with D2C, retail, music, or consumer-product brands.
