Job Summary

Imagica Health is looking for a Webinar Executive to manage and support virtual webinars for doctors, patients, and healthcare professionals using our in-house webinar platform.

The role involves webinar setup, technical preparation, live-event support, troubleshooting, and post-webinar reporting. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic technical knowledge, and the ability to handle live events calmly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Set up and configure webinars on the company's in-house webinar platform.
- Create and manage webinar landing pages.
- Schedule and send meeting confirmation emails, reminder emails, and SMS notifications.
- Perform pre-webinar technical checks to ensure everything is ready before the event.
- Provide live technical support during webinars for doctors, patients, and other participants.
- Monitor the webinar and troubleshoot technical issues in real time.
- Coordinate with Marketing, IT, Client Servicing,



and internal teams for smooth webinar execution.
- Ensure webinars are conducted professionally and without interruptions.
- Maintain post-webinar reports, attendance data, analytics, and feedback.
- Follow up on technical or operational issues after the webinar when required.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
- Freshers in Webinar Support, Customer Support, Technical Support, Event Coordination, or a similar role.
- Freshers with good communication and basic technical skills can also apply.
- Positive English communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers, internet, video conferencing, and web-based platforms.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under time-sensitive situations.
- Good coordination and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable working in an evening shift.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
