About the Role

We are looking for a creative, technically skilled and result-oriented Web & Graphic Designer with strong Digital Marketing knowledge to join our growing seafood and fresh-fish consumer brand, Ilsheguri.

The candidate will be responsible for designing digital and offline marketing materials, maintaining and improving the website, creating social-media content, supporting online campaigns and coordinating with the marketing and business teams to strengthen the Ilsheguri brand.The ideal candidate should be able to handle both creative design and practical digital marketing execution, rather than focusing only on graphic designing.

Key Responsibilities

1. Website Management & Design

· Manage and regularly update the Ilsheguri website.

· Create and update website banners, landing pages, product visuals and promotional sections.

· Maintain product images, descriptions, categories, offers and campaign pages.

· Ensure website content is visually attractive, mobile-friendly and user-friendly.

· Coordinate with developers whenever technical changes or new features are required.

· Monitor basic website performance using Google Analytics/Search Console or similar tools.

2. Graphic Design & Creative Content

· Design social-media posts, banners, promotional creatives and advertisements.

· Design brochures, pamphlets, leaflets, posters, standees, flyers and other offline marketing materials.

· Create product catalogues, offer creatives and campaign materials.

· Develop creative concepts for seasonal campaigns such as Durga Puja, Bengali New Year, Sunday Specials and other Bengali cultural occasions.

· Maintain consistency in Ilsheguri's logo, colours, typography and overall brand identity.

· Edit product photographs and prepare images suitable for website, social media and advertising.

3. Social Media Management

· Create and schedule content for Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and other relevant platforms.

· Develop monthly social-media content calendars.

· Create engaging posts, reels, stories and promotional content.

· Coordinate photography/video requirements for products and campaigns.

· Monitor comments, messages and basic customer engagement.





· Track content performance and suggest improvements.

4. Digital Marketing

· Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.

· Manage and monitor Meta/Facebook & Instagram advertising campaigns.

· Assist with Google Ads and other relevant digital advertising platforms.

· Conduct basic keyword research and SEO activities.

· Support local SEO and Google Business Profile activities.

· Monitor campaign performance, leads, reach, engagement, CPC, CTR and conversions.

· Prepare regular digital marketing performance reports.

5. E-commerce & Online Promotion

· Support online sales campaigns and promotional activities.

· Create creatives for product launches, offers, combo boxes and seasonal campaigns.

· Coordinate with the sales and operations team regarding product availability and promotions.

· Maintain accurate product information and promotional content across digital platforms.

· Support WhatsApp marketing and customer communication campaigns.

6. Brand Development

· Help develop Ilsheguri's overall visual identity and communication style.

· Maintain consistent branding across website, social media, packaging and offline promotional materials.

· Develop creative concepts that communicate Bengali food culture, fish nostalgia, freshness, quality and local identity.

· Research competitor branding and digital marketing activities and provide ideas for improvement.

Required Skills

Design

· Adobe Photoshop

· Adobe Illustrator

· Canva

· CorelDRAW will be an advantage

· Basic video/reel editing skills

· Good knowledge of typography, layout, colour and branding

Website

· Basic HTML/CSS knowledge preferred

· WordPress or other CMS experience preferred

· Basic understanding of e-commerce websites





· Ability to work with developers and understand website requirements

Digital Marketing

· Meta Ads / Facebook Ads

· Instagram marketing

· Google Ads – basic to intermediate

· SEO fundamentals

· Google Analytics / Search Console

· Social-media management

· Content planning

· Basic performance analytics and reporting

Educational Qualification

· Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Web Design, Digital Marketing, Multimedia, Advertising, Marketing, Computer Applications or a related field.

Relevant professional certifications will be an advantage

Experience

2–5 years of relevant professional experience in:

· Graphic/Web Design

· Digital Marketing

· E-commerce

· FMCG/Food/Seafood

· Retail/Consumer Brands

· Digital Marketing Agency

· Advertising/Creative Agency

Candidates currently or previously working with a reputed/recognized organization, digital agency or established consumer brand will be preferred

Candidates with exceptional experience in web development, performance marketing, e-commerce and brand management may be considered for a higher package.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
