Role Description The Web Programmer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications that support BillCut’s debt management and EMI conversion services. Day-to-day activities include implementing front-end and back-end features, integrating databases, optimizing application performance, and ensuring secure, scalable solutions aligned with product requirements.

The role involves collaborating closely with product, design,



and operations teams to translate user and business needs into reliable technical implementations. This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi.

Qualifications

- Robust programming skills and experience with core Web Development concepts.
- Proficiency in Front-End Development (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks) to build responsive user interfaces.
- Experience in Back-End Web Development (e.g., server-side frameworks, APIs) for robust application logic and integrations.
- Hands-on experience working with Databases (SQL or NoSQL) for data modeling, queries, and performance optimization.
- Understanding of secure coding practices, authentication, and authorization in web applications.
- Ability to debug, test, and optimize code for performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Effective collaboration skills and the ability to work in cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in fintech or financial services is an advantage, as is familiarity with Indian digital payment and lending ecosystems.
