Job Summary:

We are looking for a technically skilled and proactive Web Development & Automation Manager to manage websites, digital platforms, CRM integrations, and automation systems. The candidate should have strong web development knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage technical projects independently.

Key Responsibilities:

● Develop, manage, and optimise websites and digital platforms.

● Manage website performance, security, hosting, domains, and integrations.

● Develop and manage automation workflows for emails, forms, notifications, and data collection.

● Integrate CRM systems, APIs, and third-party platforms.

● Monitor website performance, SEO, analytics, and mobile responsiveness.

● Identify and resolve technical issues related to websites, integrations, and automation.





● Collaborate with design and content teams to improve UI/UX.

● Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Web Development, or a related field.

● 2–4 years of experience in web development, automation, or a similar technical role.

● Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.

● Experience with React.js, Next.js, Node.js, Laravel, Flutter, or Angular.

● Knowledge of MySQL, MongoDB, APIs, CRM integrations, and automation tools.

● Familiarity with AWS, Docker, Nginx, Vercel, Git, GitHub, or GitLab.

● Knowledge of SEO, website security, analytics, and responsive design.

● Familiarity with Postman, Razorpay, Google Cloud Console, and AI tools is an added advantage.

● Strong communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
