Web Developer I Builder

Your Role and Responsibilities The Kyndryl.com team is responsible for the ongoing design, development, maintenance and growth of the public web experience for Kyndryl. To meet those objectives, we are looking for highly skilled web developers with an interest in UX/UI innovation and enthusiasm for brand-building and competitive advantage. The role is responsible for designing, coding andmodifying kyndryl.com and digital interfaces hosted onkyndryl.com,

from layout to function and according to our brand and marketing objectives. The role should drive to create visually appealing sites that feature user-friendly design wtth simple and consumable interfaces. The role is central to the external expression of our new brand and critical to our ongoing success.

Key ReSJ:!Onsibilities:

- Web Development
- Website and software application designing, building, or maintaining
- Using scripting or authoring languages, management tools, content creation tools, applications. and digital media.
- Regular exposure to business stakeholders andmanagement, as well as the authority and scope to apply your expertise to many challenging UX, UI and technical challenges
- Strong understanding of UX, UI, cross-browser compatibility, general web functions and standards, accessibility, and multi-device rendering
- Deep expertise andhands on experience with web applications andprogramming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery and APl's
- Conferring with teams to resolve conflicts, prioritize needs, develop content criteria, or choose solutions.
- Directing or performing website updates.
- Developing or validating test routines and schedules to ensure that test cases mimic external interfaces and address allbrowser and device types.
- Maintaining an understanding of the latest web applications,



programming practices, and content management systems (Adobe AEM, WordPress) through education, study, and participation in conferences,

workshops, and groups.

- Back up files from Web sites to local directories for recovery
- Identifying problems uncovered by customer feedback and testing and correcting or referring problems to appropriate personnel for correction.
- Evaluating code to ensure it meets industry standards. is valid, is properly structured, and is compatible with browsers, devices, or operating systems.
- Determining user needs by analyzing technical requirements.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

- Bachelor's degree in web development or related field, or relevant experience.
- Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS
- Dedicated team player.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and comfortable in a fail-fast-forward construct
- Solid ability in both written and verbal communication
- Knowledge of programming language and technical terminology
- Skilled with leading content management systems, including Adobe AEM
- Able to develop ideas and processes and clearly express them
- High degree of independent judgment and ability to troubleshoot creative solutions
- Able to solve complex problems through UX/UI

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

- 5+years' experience as Web Developer I Builder
