Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have

(Ideally should not be more than 3-5)

- Hands-on experience with React and Next.js, preferably component-driven development with App Router and

TypeScript.

- Experience with Strapi or comparable headless CMS,

including content types, components and admin configuration.

- Ability to build against a design system or shared component library and follow coding standards.
- Strong Git and pull-request workflow discipline with code review and standards adherence.
- Node.js scripting experience for content/data migration and repetitive build tasks.

Valuable-to-Have

- AWS familiarity such as S3, ECS/containers and CloudFront.
- Accessibility knowledge aligned to WCAG 2.1 AA.
- SEO and structured data implementation such as schema.org / JSON-LD.
- Large-scale content or website migration experience.
- Automated testing experience including unit or end-to-end testing.

SN Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

Build and maintain front-end components and page templates in Next.js/React against shared component library and coding standards.

Configure and work within Strapi including content types,





components and page assembly using predefined building blocks.

3 Migrate website content into Strapi through CMS activities and migration/data preparation scripts.

4 Process, tag and link documents/media assets, and support redirect mapping from legacy URLs.

5 Write and run Node.js migration/data scripts for high-volume and repetitive migration tasks.

6 Apply SEO metadata and accessibility basics including titles,

descriptions, alt text and heading structure as per checklist.

7 Perform bug fixing, QA and content/data accuracy checks aligned to the Definition of Done.

8 Work to Azure Boards tickets, raise pull requests in Azure

Repos and collaborate with internal technical reviewers.
