Per4mance Guru (PG), a Delhi-based AI-native performance marketing agency serving brands across India, UAE, and the US, is hiring a full time, in-office Web Developer skilled in WordPress, Shopify, and other web languages.

Role Summary

We're looking for a hands-on Web Developer to build, maintain, and optimize websites and online stores for PG's clients and internal brands. You'll work closely with the design, creative, and performance marketing teams to ship fast, conversion-ready sites on WordPress and Shopify, and support ad-hoc web/dev needs across PG's portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

- Build, customize, and maintain WordPress websites (themes, plugins, custom post types, ACF, Elementor/WPBakery, WooCommerce)
- Build and manage Shopify stores (Liquid templating, theme customization, app integrations, checkout/UX tweaks)
- Develop landing pages and microsites for PG's clients and internal brands
- Ensure sites are fast, mobile-responsive, cross-browser compatible, and SEO-friendly
- Implement and troubleshoot tracking setups (GA4, Meta Pixel, Shopify analytics) alongside the performance marketing team
- Manage hosting, domains, DNS, SSL, and backups
- Debug and resolve site issues, plugin conflicts, and performance bottlenecks
- Collaborate with designers and creative strategists to translate mockups into functioning pages
- Maintain code using Git/version control and follow basic documentation practices
- Take on ad-hoc coding tasks in other languages/frameworks (PHP, JavaScript,



Python, etc.) as client needs evolve

Required Skills & Experience
- 1-3 years of hands-on web development experience (agency experience preferred)
- Strong, demonstrable expertise in WordPress: theme/plugin customization, ACF, page builders (Elementor/WPBakery), WooCommerce
- Strong, demonstrable expertise in Shopify: Liquid, theme customization, app setup, store configuration
- Solid working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
- Working knowledge of PHP; familiarity with at least one other language/framework (Node.js, Python, React, etc.) is a plus
- Understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and page-speed optimization
- Basic understanding of on-page SEO best practices
- Comfortable with Git/version control
- Bonus: experience integrating GA4, Meta Pixel, or other analytics/tracking tools
- Strong ownership, ability to manage multiple client projects and deadlines simultaneously, and clear communication with design/marketing teams

₹35,000 - ₹40,000 per month (based on experience)
