About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Web Developer to join our team remotely. This is a full-time position that offers the flexibility to work from anywhere, supporting our mission to deliver exceptional digital experiences for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in designing and developing responsive websites using Webflow, with a strong emphasis on creating pixel-perfect designs that align with client branding and project specifications.

You will work closely with designers, project managers, and stakeholders to translate wireframes and prototypes into fully functional, engaging websites that perform seamlessly across all devices and browsers.

Qualifications

- Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience developing websites with Webflow, including CMS and e-commerce integrations.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with the ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Solid understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development strategies.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and web accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Experience working independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.




- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Stay updated with the latest web development trends and Webflow features to continuously improve project outcomes.
- Participate in project planning and review sessions, providing technical insights and recommendations.
