Role Description The Web Developer is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi, responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing Gravolite’s web platforms. Day-to-day tasks include developing responsive user interfaces, implementing robust back-end functionality, and ensuring seamless integration between front-end and back-end systems. The role involves collaborating with design, marketing,



and product teams to create user-friendly pages that highlight Gravolite’s products, events, and certifications.

The Web

Developer will also monitor site performance, troubleshoot issues, improve security, and regularly update content and features to support business and branding goals.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Front-End Development and Web Design skills, including experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive UI frameworks.

- Candidates should possess solid Back-End Web Development and Programming skills, with familiarity in server-side languages, APIs, and database management.

- Candidates should possess comprehensive Web Development skills, covering full-stack workflows, version control, and deployment processes.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

- Experience optimizing website performance, SEO fundamentals, and cross-browser compatibility.

- Ability to collaborate in a team, communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders, and manage multiple projects on-site.

- Prior experience in e-commerce, product catalog sites, or sports/manufacturing industries is an advantage.
