We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Web Developer to design, develop, and maintain responsive, accessible, secure, and search-friendly websites. The role involves building high-quality web pages and applications while ensuring excellent performance, usability, browser compatibility, and a consistent experience across desktop and mobile devices.

The candidate will be responsible for developing responsive web pages, forms, reusable components, and interactive features, as well as maintaining website content and third-party integrations. You will work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and content teams to understand business requirements and deliver websites that meet both technical and business objectives.

Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is required, along with experience using WordPress, Webflow, React, Next.js, or other modern CMS and web frameworks. The candidate should have a good understanding of hosting, domains, SSL, REST APIs, SEO, web analytics,



and website security, along with familiarity with Git and basic testing practices.

The role also includes improving page speed, SEO, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility, monitoring website performance, identifying and resolving errors, and ensuring websites remain secure and reliable. You will implement analytics and conversion-tracking requirements, support third-party integrations, and assist with website updates and deployments.

The ideal candidate should have solid problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and an understanding of modern web-development practices. You will be expected to write clean, maintainable, and reusable code, document website changes and deployment procedures, and collaborate effectively with different teams to deliver reliable and user-friendly web experiences.
