Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Web Developer role based in Hyderabad.

The Web

Developer will design, develop, and maintain responsive websites and web applications that enhance member engagement and support business operations. Daily responsibilities include implementing user interfaces, building and integrating back-end services, optimizing site performance, ensuring cross-browser and cross-device compatibility, and maintaining high standards of security and code quality.



The role involves collaborating with designers, marketing, and hospitality operations teams to translate business requirements into functional web features, troubleshooting issues, and participating in regular code reviews and updates.

Qualifications

- Strong front-end skills in Front-End Development, Web Design, and Web Development
- Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and Programming for building and integrating server-side logic
- Experience with contemporary web technologies and frameworks (such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript frameworks, and server-side languages)
- Understanding of responsive design, accessibility, performance optimization, and web security best practices
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts clearly
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience working with CMS platforms and relational databases is an advantage
- Prior experience in hospitality, travel, or membership-based businesses is a plus
