Bachelor’s degree in Communications, IT, Marketing, or a related field.

5–8 years of experience in web content authoring or digital content management.

Hands-on experience with CMS platforms (Adobe Experience Manager preferred).

Robust HTML/CSS basics (no advanced coding required, but helpful).

Familiarity with SEO principles and accessibility standards (WCAG).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

High attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar enterprise CMS.

Knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).

Understanding of UX/UI principles.

Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.

Ensure content accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand tone and style.

Optimize content for SEO, accessibility (WCAG), and performance best practices.

Collaborate with designers, UX teams, and developers to enhance user experience.

Manage and maintain digital assets (images, videos, documents).

Perform content updates, quality checks, and regression testing before publishing.

Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.

Follow governance, workflow, and approval processes for publishing.

Monitor and troubleshoot content issues and work with technical teams for resolution.

Maintain content documentation and version control.
