ob Title: Wearable Device & App Support Specialist

We are looking for candidates with experience in wearable device and mobile app support to assist customers with device setup, troubleshooting, connectivity, app-related issues, and technical support.

Key Requirements:

- Experience in wearable device and/or mobile app support required
- Strong troubleshooting and customer support skills.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts, aligned with US business hours.
- US Healthcare experience is an added advantage.
- Must have a personal laptop with at least an Intel i5 processor.
- Reliable high-speed Wi-Fi/internet connection.
- Suitable work-from-home setup with a quiet and professional workspace.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Immediate joiners preferred; candidates with a notice period of up to 15 days may also apply.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Location: Remote – India

Shift:



Rotational shifts, including night shifts

Joining: Immediate / Up to 15 days

Experience: Relevant wearable device/app support experience preferred

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
