Role Description The Wealth Management Associate (Portfolio / Equity Analyst) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The associate will support portfolio managers with equity research, including fundamental and quantitative analysis of companies, sectors, and markets.

Responsibilities include tracking investment performance, preparing reports and presentations, and contributing to investment recommendations aligned with client objectives and risk profiles. The role involves assisting in financial planning tasks, responding to client queries, and maintaining accurate documentation of portfolios and investment decisions.



The associate will collaborate with senior team members, participate in internal reviews, and help ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant regulations.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Finance and Investments, with the ability to analyze capital markets and equity instruments.
- Demonstrated Financial Planning skills to support goal-based advice and portfolio construction.
- Excellent Analytical Skills for interpreting financial statements, valuation metrics, and market data.
- Effective Communication skills, including clear written reports and professional client interactions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, NISM) are an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and financial data tools or platforms.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced workplace.
- Attention to detail, ethical decision-making, and a strong interest in equity research and wealth management.
